The Video Game Masters Club is all about giving you, the gaming community, the best video game content possible. Spoilers are inevitable; this site isn't for the casual gamer, but the true gaming fan. Not only will you relive some of your fondest memories of some of your favorite games, but you will discover new games that you have never played before.
What we do here at the VG Masters Club is play games, all the time. Gaming is our obsession. We do anything from reviews to level by level analysis to brief game overviews and everything in between. We add hints and tricks to games and you'll relive our favorite classic moments with us. We will include screen shots, whether it be from the game as we play it, or rare/homemade pictures taken from all over the net. We also do a video based analysis using footage from our own gameplay with classic moments, boss techniques and music.
Membership to the VG Masters Club is not given out to just anyone. You must be a true gamer and willing to go through the painstaking task of completely going through a game bit by bit, a true game master. If you think you've got what it takes, e-mail us an example of your work and we'll let you know if it's up to our standards.
We also have other sections that we like to call "Treats". These sections include some of the things that we enjoy as gamers. The Score Vault is our best scores posted for those games that either cannot be beaten (Pacman or Pong) or games that tally scores throughout as you play (Super Mario Bros). Drunken Gaming is a live competition with either 1 on 1 or battle royal rules with losers of challenges having to do a shot, drink a beer, etc. Top Tens is a listing of some of our favorite things in gaming in order of our preferences. The Video Montage Section is where we have a collection of the videos we have put together. And finally, the VGMasters Showcase is a section where things that don't fit under any normal console or section go.
Our new concept is the Online EmuZone Console, where you can play your favorite retro NES, 2600, C64 and Master System games right in your browser. You can use your keyboard or hook up your favorite USB controller for the ultimate online retro gaming expierence!
If we make a mistake or you want to add something, e-mail us (or post in the forum); we are always updating. Credit will be given where credit is due. We hope you enjoy the site and we will go out of our way to bring you the best quality gaming analysis available.
