The Pop 'n Twinbee series is known by shoot 'em up fans as a "cute 'em up" because of the series' notable use of bright colors and cheerful music. The Super Famicom version of Pop 'n Twinbee, called Rainbow Bell Adventures in Europe is no different. The difficulty is scaled way back from your typical top/down shooter and the powerups are plentiful. I like how you can choose how the options follow you, I chose to have them move up the sides of the walls which added a unique strategy to the game. Even though the difficulty isn't up to par, it's still a fun experience and if you liked Stinger for the NES, you will enjoy Pop 'n Twinbee as well for it's updated graphics and classic 16 bit score.
